wwedvd.com.au was established in March 2010 to bring Australian WWE fans access to the biggest range of WWE DVD s with free shipping Australia-wide. We aim to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, with added safety of a secure shopping cart system. Our stock is held in our Sydney warehouse and we have administration offices in Melbourne & Sydney. We deal directly with WWE USA and all our items are authentic WWE official licensed products, bearing the hologram sticker.

How do I make a purchase?
Once you have found the item you want to order, click “Add to Cart”.
A screen will open with “Your Shopping Cart – Step 1/4” – here you can check the item, quantity and price. If you want to add more items, click “close” and you can continue shopping. If you are finished shopping, click “proceed to checkout”.
The next screen that opens is “Order Details Step 2/4” – please type in your name, contact details, and delivery address. If you would like insurance (in case your item is lost in transit) tick the insurance box (there will be a $2 fee). You then need to tick the box to agree to the terms & conditions of sale, and click “Save Details & Proceed to Payment”.
The next screen is “Payment Details – Step 3/4”– here you need to enter your Visa or Mastercard details (these are kept secure by Secure Pay), then click the “I acknowledge that my credit card statement will read Shock Entertainment Braeside” box, and click the “Finalise” button.
The last screen is “Order confirmation – Step 4/4” – here you will see all your order details and you will be given an order number. Keep a record of this number in case you have any questions regarding your order.
What payment methods does wwedvd.com.au accept?
We currently accept credit card – Visa and Mastercard. Other payment methods (including PayPal) coming soon.
How do I know my details are secure?

What kind of shipping methods does wwedvd.com.au use?
We use Australia Post Parcel service. Delivery is 1-2 business days to capital cities, slightly more in regional areas.
What should I do if the item I want to buy is out of stock?
Best option is to check back on our website and order when your item is back in stock. Or you can order now and your item will be placed on back order, and will ship to you as soon as it is in stock. Please note that we combine all your items into one shipment, so if you order 3 items that are in stock and 1 that is not, everything will be held until the last item comes in stock, then they will all ship together.
How long will it take to process my order?
Standard orders for in-stock items are normally processed in 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays. Extra time may be required for large orders. Delivery time is not included in processing time.
How do I use a promotion code?
If you have a coupon code or promotion code – please enter it in the “Your Shopping Cart” Screen, in the field marked “Coupon Code”. Once you enter your code, click the “Update Cart” button, and you will see your coupon discount applied to the price.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
Check the order date and make sure you have allowed 1-2 days processing time plus 1-2 days delivery time. If you order still hasn’t arrived, you can email us at onlinestorehelp@shock.com.au with your order number, and enquire on the status of your order.
